Pricing
You are charged for the cells you hold, not the calls you make. Ask for the same figure a hundred times and it costs what it cost the first time.
Most data APIs meter requests, which prices retrying a failed call and prices caching as a discount on the truth. This one meters coverage: the distinct published cells your account has been shown, weighted by how specific they are. A national median is coarse and cheap; one specification in one market for one model-year band is the thing the product is actually for, and costs accordingly. Nothing you have already seen is charged twice, ever.

What a coverage unit is
One unit is one distinct published cell at the coarsest grain. A cell at a finer grain costs more, doubling with each dimension you add, because specificity is what you are buying. Cells are identified stably across releases, so yesterday's cell is not re-charged when today's artefact is published — only genuinely new coverage is.
A request that finds nothing published at an address is still charged for the cells it looked at. That is deliberate: being able to ask "does this exist?" for free, across the whole address space, is a map of the corpus obtained without ever receiving a number.
What is not sold
There is no bulk export, no listing-level feed, no advert, no seller identity and no individual price, at any price. That is a legal position rather than a pricing decision, and it is not negotiable — see the method.
